So I have all these new pics I want to post. I see that I am almost at the limit, so I delete a few pics, and it seems that the limit hasn't changed and won't allow me to upload more.

there are people with waaaaay more pictures than you do. i can't quite remember, but i think i had the same problem couple years ago. i think i was able to upload more pictures like 2 weeks later.

ya, but that was after the site got somewhat stable. when we first started, there were a lot of little glitches.
