I am not sure about scholarships - as far as I know, no universitie gives a scholarships for Taekwondo (or any martial art) because they are not considered a NCAA sport.  (yet)

The university of bridgeport in CT does have a Martial Arts Major though - if I was getting ready for college, and was really into the martial arts, I would look very seriously into this program.

Good Luck!

in north america, some big tkd schools would give small scholarships to those from their dojangs.  also, for koreans in north america, korean association gives some scholarship when the criterias are met.

At my university, in Australia, you can apply for a sporting scholarship.
It doesn't really matter what sport it is, as long as you've represented your country, and are actively participating in that sport at the university.
I was going to apply, but I was too lazy to write an application =(

a lot of schools in north america has some sort of scholarships for that as well, but mostly for those who competed in the olympics, not just any international events.
