I can surely understand the magnitude of running such a site as TKDspace.
I know from previous experience, being part owner/administrator of a ma forum with over 30,000 members, the importance of a hacker free system in place ... but most importantly good communication between the admin of the site and its members.
I am sure I was not the only one that was super frustrated for not knowing what was going on for those months when the site was down. Certainly something should or could have been done to let all of us know what had happened.
Which is why it took some convincing for me to come back here ... but I did because I missed alot of folks here.
I was willing on the former site to help out and no matter how many emails or pms I sent to the Admin ... they all went unanswered. I'm here for a few days and I already got 2 pms from the Admin.
It's very important to communicate to your members. The Admin and staff should greet all its new members and answer every email or pm they receive. Members want to feel welcomed & appreciated just as much as the staff does
Good to see an improvement in the site and its management. Keep it up now!
Today Taekwondo is the most recognized Korean Martial Art. Taekwondo's popularity is not only here in the U.S., but internationally as well!
It's great to see a community solely devoted to its practitioners and I wish you all the best ...
