did you ever had a great day and it all broke down when you found out your friend died or you just tripped and you got embarrassed and it just ruined your day.. or you had a bad day but then someone you liked just smiled at you and for the rest of the day you were happy?? tell your story that really just made or break you day!

No matter how my day goes, good or bad, seeing my kids when I get home from work always makes my day better. Going to martial arts is also universally good in improving my day!  Daniel

i woke up thinking that it was gonna be a long long day, but then i decided to screw school for the day and went back to bed. when i woke up later that day, it turned out to be a great day.

every day that i can walk erect and take nourshment in various forms is a great day.
watching the sunrise with my coffee and then waking my kids and making them breakfast every day is the best...
watching them makes my day. and actually getting off my butt and finialy going to class makes my day, because i learn something new each time i go.
