But I do also eat vegeble and lots of fruit every day it is just the candy that I would have to stop eating. I dont eat a lot of fast food maybe once every two week.

Best thing to do is try it out for a month or 2 and see how you feel.  You are young and your metabolism can probably handle the daily candy bar if that is your only "flaw" in your diet.  Most people though don't realize all the things that have hidden sugar like soda, ketchup, gatorade, etc.

Eating good, whole foods like fresh vegetables and fruits are better for your body then candy but heck, when I was 17....   I could eat a whole large pizza all by myself and not worry about it.

It realy depends on your body. If your body uses up sugar realy fast then there is no problem; this is called a fast metabolism. And even with a slow metabolism ( were it takes longer for your body to use the sugar you eat) you'll be fine it is all about the amount you eat. If you eat more than your body uses then it stores what is not used. So if you what to stay the same wieght then you should eat the same number of Calories as you burn, but if you want to lose wieght the you need to burn more Calories then you eat.

* So ether way you are more than likely fine with one candy bar a day*

These are my thoughts and knowledge if you have an opinion then you should leave my a commet.
