We had an interesting class. We practiced switch kicks (switch your feet and kick with the front leg-front, roundhouse, and side kicks). It was fast paced and fun. Next, we were evaluated on our head position and front stances. I know I have to keep practicing to make my stances better. We followed each other around the room in a line, practicing various things like down blocks, upper blocks, knife-hand blocks, outer middle blocks, etc.
It was a good class!
