Today was a relaxing day. My wife and I took care of some house hold stuff, I cleaned out the car, and we hit the YMCA for some quality hot tube time. When we got home from the YMCA I could not resist the urge and I went through my forms 3 times each.
I spent some time today going through my train notes, to find what ares I can adapt or make better, however honestly I could not figure out any way to make things more efficent.
My training routine as is, is extremely demanding. I follow a super 6 workout routine which means I work out 6 days a week and take a day off for rest and recovery time. Taking the day off means not training, however if I do not go through my forms at least once then it bothers me all day. So basically my day off means resting and doing my forms atleast once.
Thankfully my wife and I do have our cleaning service so we only work 3ish hours a day which gives us more time then we would have if we each worked full time jobs like we used to, but honestly being self employed is not fun, expecially when your major account is 3 weeks behind on paying you!

All Poomse 3 times per day (To break it up I will do them once each at random times through the day.)

Saturday/Sunday
Saturday Family Class is normal however we are going to start doing Saturday class in 1-3 Saturday and Sunday Sparring class on the other weeks. I have been wanting to do sparring class for quite some time, however between denal work, and other issues I have not been able to hit a Sunday sparring class in quite some time.
