I'm finally able to go back to training after my low back injury. Hooray! Now, I have to work on regaining the flexibility that I lost. I'm looking forward to this.
Good luck T. I went to a therapist who is using an ultrasound to keep scar tissue from forming on my hamstring injury she said with the right treatment and proper stretching I should be near 100% by the end of Oct just in time to test. I'm glad to hear that you are back in the gym and good to go.
