It's been a busy year, and this summer has flown by.

July 23rd I lost my uncle who was 43 years old.

I hoped to register for school, but lost track with his passing.

I have not got enough time to get into the doctor and get my menegitius shot, and have my medical records turned into the school, so I can't go this fall.  That is ok.

I have two of my students who will be earning their brown belt September 6th.  They are 13 months out of earning 1st dan black belt.  At brown they will be instructors.  I am already working on 4th dan black belt to 5th dan requirments, with these two.  Yea!

My school in Marion is also performing a demonstration on September 23rd, 2008.  I hope to work on that in the next few weeks.

I also hope still test for 2nd dan this fall.  I am going to push my instructor into going over my last forms with me, and to quit giving me extra things.  I want time to make it look decent for the test so it will not reflect that I just learned it a week or two ago.

I'll try to get my video from August 16th, 2008 edited, as well as some of the other things, so you guys can view, if interested.

Ok, that's all for now.

Thanks.  What made this one more difficult than his brother's death four years ago, is we knew he was sick, and was at the hospitable fighting for his life.  This uncle was also 12 years younger.  (at the time of their deaths).  The night before he was just fine, of couse we knew he has an illness, we didn't expect it so sudden.  My faith and knowing he found faith prior assures me he's much better off than he was.
