Well, the good news is it's not a slipped disk. Just some pulled muscles. I'm taking a lot of time to let these heal. I'm not going to push exercising until I have no pain at all in the back.
Yep take your time. In high school I pushed myself too hard coming back from a knee injury and I still have issues with it today and that was almost 8 years ago when it started.
I went back toooo early on this hamstring and re-injured it I'm going to stay out of the kicking lane for the next few weeks. Best of luck and heal quick!!
