Hi!
I've been nearly three years without training due to I've had english lessons in the same days and hours as the training is. I expect to get back to train soon but I realize that I'm not fit because I'haven“t done much exercise that time.
Apart from learning again the pumses (or forms, how do you call it?) I should recover my flexibilty and power.
Does anybody have had a sabatic years like me and what did you do in order to get fit again?
And I must buy a new dobok...
the old one was so worn out and it's gonna be like a new start!!
