I am currently nearing the end of Master's Challenge. This is a program that I put together for our association's students and instructors. It is an individualized training regime that challenges the person physically, mentally, and even spiritually (if they and/or their parents desire it to).

I recently was doing walking meditation when I saw that what I am and what I want to be is not the same anymore.  I have lost personal integrity in my training. It happened ever so slowly as I bent here and changed there to help keep the material I was teaching from getting students in trouble.

I am looking at the legalities of our country as well as the practicality of what I teach. At what point does it all just become simply aerobic exercises?

Your Master's Challenge sounds very interesting.

Unfortunately,  it seems once a student comes to a point in their training when they experience a "challenge" in their training, it becomes too hard and most don't try hard enough to succeed these challenges.

Good to see that your focus seems to be on the self defense aspect of training!
