28 days away till i get to test for my 1st black belt and even my co-workers < at the shop I work in> know I'm ready to go for the treasure. I spend time meditating , visualizing , working to prepare my mind as much as my body for the chance to honor my instructors work. The more I learn all that the belt stands for the more I stengthen my stance. This will be a great day.
