I can concentrate on getting healthy again! Ive had a lot of problems (female kind) this past year so my dr decided that Im to have a partial hysterectomy on May 9th. Im not overly upset about this decision as I am done having kids, its just the finality of it that I have yet to come to terms with, Im about 80% there.
This also means that I am going to have to miss a full month or 6 weeks of TKD :( I am NOT happy about that at all! I do plan on coming to class a few times just to watch so I dont forget anything. As soon as I am allowed the dr said I can work with upper body free weights and walk on my treadmill..I was very adament about not missing too much time working out as my body will start to "forget" and my muscles will get mushy again. Im not going to let that happen. Ive seen so much improvement the past couple of months...not in ALL the right places but there has been an improvement in my body structure.
Im not used to sitting idle for too long and already I have plans made for May LOL Just little things to keep me busy like having a party, attending a couple of meetings, a freinds college graduation...stuff like that. I might be posting on here like crazy if I find I have too much time on my hands!! Ohh The HORROR!!!!
