I competed in the 2008 U.S. Open Metropolitan TKD Championships on 04/19/2008 held in Bettendorf, IA. It was a good competition. I competed in forms, board breaking, and sparring. I received 3rd place in board breaking and am very happy with the result. After sparring, I'm drained because I sparred a lot of females. They were good competitors. Now, I'm going to go sit in the whirlpool tub and relax. AHHHHHHHHHH!
