Black tips

Last week I graded for my black tips, this was the first stage for it, pretty tough going. We began at 8.30am and finished 1.30pm.
Nerve wreaking at first mostly because parents of grading children were also present, quiet of putting. An hour or so into it, I must say though I did enjoy it.

Yes I know exactly how you feel, I am in the same boat and some, Our Dojang closes each school Holidays and, each time, my fitness goes back to zero and takes me around 4 weeks to get back, this time cant afford this so extra training is on but, its not the same.
Our school holidays are 2 weeks every 10, a real pain in the proverbial.
