Let the body heal

Hello again {i wonder if any of you know my real name}.
well hopefully you saw the last blog about my day for training and the wieghts idea, { you have to do it for more than 30min and never let them go} so after that day of about 2 hours or so of training i went to another class in the morrning and my body was already killing me, i pushed myself those 2 days so much that i started to see my own aura in the mirror as my vision went blurry.<<< { my face at the time} but at leats my punches created the whiping sound that lets you know it was a real punch. you know the feeling that jerks your body when you realize your form is perfect and the smerk on your face turns into a grin of reasurance as if your body spoke to you and said....... o ya thats it
 but after all that my body wanted to rest so today i went to go eat at jose crab shack where my friends work, now the only reason i go is because i love sea food
{im a peskitarian which means i dont eat meat i only eat meat that comes from the sea}
i do this because im a strong beliver in energy and when i stoped eating meat my body thankd me with speed, health, power, and a thirst to be more than i thought i could be.
now im not saying its the correct way to live your life by all means go for it, but just try this if you wish, done eat meat..... just for 2 days or so, only fish meat... and see how you feel.
if anyone is wondering about the aura comment earlier, yes i meditate but i do a diffrent type of meditations from regular and thru them i gained abilities just like martial art training and one of them was to see aura, its still hard for me to see color tho so if anyone has questions about that ill do my best to help ..... or you can call me crayzy, either way ill go to sleep happy.
o sorry forgot the story, anyway i spent the whole day eating and resting, heck tomorrow im sleeping till about ten am just because im having what i call a heal day, where i rest and let my muscle heal eat protien and things that my body needs and let it "reset" or " build" itself. i do this at least one or two times a week just so i get enough rest, a person that works out as much as most martial artists should has a recomended sleep time of nine to ten hours a night but lets be honest prioritys much be set and we all need to work to live and if i must suffer sleep to live.... well then i will, well sence today is a rest day i shall go play with my little brother now
