Today is Day 1 for me in TKD. It will be a long road since I am starting at an older age but I am excited and motivated to do this. Wish me luck....Vinny
I'm hoping I am as successful this week as last. My legs are very tight right now around the knee area and I am hoping to stretch them loose so I can proceed to get better.

I wish like others that I would have done this sooner as well. The problem I had yesterday was stamina. I got out of breath a few times and felt dizzy. I worked it hard knowing that all of that will soon pass as I get in better shape. All my time under the weights did not prepare me for such a workout.
Glad to see your first class went well and you enjoyed it! I am almost 29 and just started about 6 months ago myself. Best decision I ever made, just wish I would have done it sooner!
Well I made it through day 1 without passing out. However, I thought I was going to die out there. It was pretty darn rough but I had a ball. Needless to say, he had me do the reverse push-up with his help of course. Overall I am very happy with the 1st day.
