As Of Today, I will be training. Training for what you say; training for everything and all the above, that's what. Training for my 2nd degree in TKD, training for my instructor certificate; to be a teacher, and training for my 1st degree in hapkido. and also much much more than just this/that. " So will you train with me, will you that is." It can be something we all can do together; to train to be, and to get better in/at everything we do each and everyday.

I just learned a new method and better way of counting numbers today. Count, add, subtract, and multiple two digit numbers on your fingers (yay). I also learned to read and write binary (base2, ascii, computer language). the other bases as well 1-9.

There's the ability to stand and kick at 180 degrees. Chloe Bruce is able to do any kick at 180 (basically you have to be able to do both the side and front splits to do this). So I'll try to get both of them around the same time, that's the best I can do.

LoL- I just thought of something (not that I do think, haha) . Sooner or later, I'll have to stop training. Not stop, but i won't have anything tangible to get or look forward to. What happens when there's nothing really to get better on, besides fitness. You can always increase power, speed, endurance, stamina, health. These you really don't have to stop improve.

I'm stretching all the time now, when I watch Tv, playing the PS3, and while a I eat. I want to get the side splits, so I just stretch alot. I'm very flexible without the front or side splits, but it would be a bonus to get. Right.

I haven't been to tuesday, or wednesday classes, but I did go on monday. And I'll be there tonight. I'll be at both classes on saturday, and help teach the white belts after the black belt and color belts classes are over.

Ge- baek -- 1st Second dan poom-se. I actually learned this before Koryo, but only by a little bit in the time gap. I learned the first half a week ago and then the second half a few days ago. Then did the full pattern. I learned, practiced, perfected the full pattern the same day as Koryo. I performed Ge-baek 20 times that day perfectly.
