Hey my name is dante but most of my friends just call me zero, i like to make blogs and logs of my thoughs while at the same time im a martial artist. I know tae kwon do and kickboxing, here is where i like to record my thoughts on my training and tlak to others about experiances we all might share in martial arts
 i warn you now my spelling is bad cause i type a little fast to care how to spell and i dont like to argue so any comments you have to attack or deem yourself better than myself.... ill just ignore you and call you a child all the while letting you have your satisfaction.

 ima just take a diffrent blog to start off and put it here

finaly

Ok so got some good news i not wiegh 198 ( i was trying to get to 200 but its close enough) you see i like to have my body at optimum level of abilities cause i like to call myself a grappler, now to me a grappler isnt somone who  grapples people, no no, its somone who understands the human body and can use that to his/her advantage in order to fight, such as controling ones own heart rate, or knowing that one can attack with the wrists or how to cross the line  in the human body, remember how i earlyr stated that if somone throws a side kick and you can time it just right, pulling your knee up and your elbow down will crush the foot?, see this is kinda of what im talking about. knowing the body well enough. i know some people who know how to controle adrenilin in their bodys!...... which i cant do but still they meditate to "rawr" much for me. well once i reach 200 lbs ( 198 is good enough) im suposed to lower my body fat percentage and then build muscle back up, ive been doing this seance i started my training and last time my body got skinnyr but its only because of puberty i think i gained weight but lost alot of fat, which this time i have to do again, so just saying, ive reached the amount i need and now i have to purge the fat out of the body then build more muscle again
