Ok! I deleted my first post because I had made a complete hash up of explaining, well, everything. Health and Fitness -- Strength Training (4 sets for each exercise) My focus on the last three weeks were on basic strength. Now I've started to focus slightly more on power. TKD One of the most rewarding things I've experienced as an assistant instructor is when a child asks extra questions. Whether it be how to maneuver your hands when chambering/executing a block or strike, or what stance they are suppose to be in. It makes one feel more like a guide than a teacher. I teach the Cardio Kickboxing program at AITKD. I was certified by John Graden in his CardioKarate program back in 1999 but have since developed my own program which is a combination of this and circuit training (Turbulence Training) and weights.
