Just a little background, I am in very good shape, with great stamina. I am a second degree black belt with the ATA. The other day I took a class away from my home school in Burien, WA to Master Jo's school in Lynnwood. It was a holiday, so there were not many students, but the workout that I recieved was more than I had done in years.
