My last week of power training. The next couple of weeks will most likely be improvised, until I can think of a new way I'd like to train. As an assistant instructor, I get to help teach some of the kids, and it usually doesn't take much to see whether someone has actually practiced or not. With all the techniques in TKD, it can be very easy to start slipping up.
