BJJ & MMA
Sadly, due To some economics and time issues, the MMA team (the BJJ and striking teacher) will be moving next year To a wrestling facility 15 mins away. The 15 min drive will be a small burden, since I've been spoiled enough To never really commute more than 5 mins To class. The National Tournament for the National Progressive Taekwondo Association will be held Saturday September 13, 2008 in Springfield Missouri. This event will feature top competitors from across the country with Master Level events scheduled. Health and Fitness -- Strength Training (4 sets for each exercise)
The last two weeks have been focused on power.
