Yesterday I had a procedure done on my back. The procedure is called a Radio Frequency Coagulation. I've been having this done for about 12 years now. It really helps relieve the pain I have from my arthritis in my S/I joint and lower back. The problem with this procedure is that it is VERY painfull.
