JCVD - 'The Shepherd: Border Patrol'

I watched the latest Jean Claude film yesterday- it was suprisingly ok! His usual stuff has been pretty awful of late (Derailed?!!) and this one isn't vastly different in terms of plot or acting, but it has much better fight scenes than usual. His main adversary is played by Scott Adkins who (according to imdb.com) who was trained by the TAGB by Master Ron Sergiew! British viewers may also recognize him from TV programs Holby City and Doctors!

As an assistant instructor, I get to help teach some of the kids, and it usually doesn't take much to see whether someone has actually practiced or not. With all the techniques in TKD, it can be very easy to start slipping up.

Depending on what belt a person is, our tests will comprise of kicking drills, self defense, weapons, poomsae, one-step and possibly more.

EDIT: Looks like I'm the loser of the night with my picks. I don't care for Michael Bay movies, so I guess I can take comfort in tonight.
