I have finally started training regularly again now that my back seems to be holding up well.

Of course, the first thing my Master did was make me promise to tape test next month. (We earn a colored tape on our belt as we work our way toward the actual next belt level).

I feel so out of shape and like I've forgotten everything. I'm actually dreaming about the test. Don't know if that's a good or bad thing. It's forced me to get my books out and review old forms.
