I have been training in ITF Tae Kwon do for about twelve years. When my husband signed me up without telling me at that time I never in my life thought TKD was for me but after two classes I was hooked. Unfortunately, I waited until I was 30 to start TKD so have some limitations but I always try to give it 100%.

Currently Recovering from Knee Surgery:-(
Love to do tournaments of any kind for the experience, my theory is you learn something from just about everyone you compete/train with.
The hamstring really hurts to tear. Hope you feel better and are up and kicking real soon.
Your chow chow is really cute!!! I am on my 4th and 5th chow and would never own any other breed. They are the sweetest dogs ever no matter what their reputations is.
We are definately in love with ours. What a sweeeeetie. I think that rep is unjust from our experience.
