Grandmaster Han's Youn Wha Ryu system begins with traditional TKD and adds elements of Hapkido, Judo, Karate, Kung Fu and Hwarang-do as one progresses into and through the advanced belt levels. We practice continuous sparring as the practical application of our forms, kicks and technique training.

ABOUT ME
I started training 8 years ago after watching my children take class. I was fairly athletic as a kid, but never excelled at team sports. After I had my children I became a bit of a slug. Since joining Master Han's of Grapevine, I have been challenged to succeed in my own timeframe, independent of others' expectations, with the support and guidance of my Youn Wha Ryu family. I have become an instructor as well, which has taught me so much more about myself and my art.

TKD TESTIMONY
Tae Kwon Do has given me the opportunity to improve my health, my spirit and, really, my life overall. It has at once expanded my universe and brought me closer to my home, family and friends.

TKD is an island of calm and focus in a frenetic, stressful world.
