A TaeKwonDo lover since i started my taekwondo (ITF) in 1976 at the age of 13 , involved in many tournaments,been appointed as TaeKwonDo Pioneer Group in Malaysia to Reunite all TaeKwonDo in the country by my Master , GM CK Choi ( Co founder of ITF TaeKwonDo )
Mmmm...I love Indian food! On New Year's Eve we had a Chinese dinner- the restauarant also made the food for our wedding (all vegetarian)!

hey there!! I am sorry for my tardy reply. i have been busy these few weeks as I am preparing for my finals. Kinda stress out.. LOL.. and have skipped few TKD classes... feel so bad.. sigh.. How are u there?

I hope the GM had a nice time at the tournament- I think it must have been the TAGB 25th Anniversary one he was at.

Hello Sabum Benny, I'm cook by profession, not working at the momment though, so I take advantage of the situation and train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights. gotta keep up the exercise!
