Subject: Does anyone use a Swiss ball
Content: I've just purchased a Swiss ball (A.k.a balance ball, fitness ball, gym ball, pilates ball, sports ball, stability ball, Swedish ball, therapy ball, or yoga ball) It was recommended to me by a colleague who trains for marathons and uses it to improve his core strength. I'm a TKD 5th kup and my flexibility, my upper body & legs have all improved. My biggest problem is my middle, not really a 6 pack more of a beer barrel. hence the reason to concentrate on my core strength. Does anyone have any advice?
