Well, I was training for my 1st Dan in Um Yang Sool, a combination of Martial Arts, Hapkido, Aikido, Tae Kwon Do plus more. I'm now training as a white belt (taking my first grading 19/03/08 after 1month of training) with the PUMA association which I'm really enjoying. My main objective would have to be getting to an olympic standard, that would be amazing. I also train under Derek Bicknell in Choi Kwang-Do which I'm studying for my Yellow senior belt.

Apart from training I'm just an ordinary gal that likes ta keep in shape. I'm outgoing and shy all at once! Love training, kinda my life BUT I have plenty of time for other things, like reading and listening to music, driving or just watching a good movie or programme.
