I like to train every day as possible in one aspect (such as stances, forms, etc.). I also incorporate weight training and cardio into the mix.

I'm currently a temporary 2nd brown belt who will be testing soon for 2nd brown belt. I had a nasty knee injury that held me back, but I'm overcoming it!

I enjoy competing at the local tournaments and meeting other martial artists. I currently have an account in The Dojang and KICKgen which I encourage all to check.

Columbus Junction Presbyterian Tae Kwon Do School (from 1997 to present).

Tate's School of Tae Kwon Do in Grandview, IA (from 1992 to 1997 when the school moved to Columbus Junction). I had to take from 1994 to 1997 off due to parents' health crisis. Then I started back in 1997.
