I like to train every day as possible in one aspect (such as stances, forms, etc.). I also incorporate weight training and cardio into the mix. I have added a modified HIIT program to my cardio (which I only do three days a week and then 30 minutes cardio program on the other days).

I'm currently a temporary 1st brown belt who will be testing soon for 1st brown belt (in two to three months).

Tate's School of Tae Kwon Do in Grandview, IA (from 1992 to 1997 when the school moved to Columbus Junction). I had to take from 1994 to 1997 off due to parents' health crisis. Then I started back in 1997.
