I guess my accomplishment would be when I got my Brown Belt I know that sounds kind of funny but I went through a lot to get it!! Part of my testing was to spar 6 Black Belts the lowest ranking one was a 3rd Dan the first one I sparred was a 6th Dan as I was sparring with the first Black Belt I got 2 of my ribs broke and still had 5 others I had to spar!!! Luckily I finished my testing(very painfully) that is why that would be my biggest accomplishment because after my ribs were broke I really wanted to quit right then but I had to really push myself to finish and like I said luckily I did!!

I am married to a wonderful woman and have 3 children my wife is a Deputy Sheriff. I have been training in Tae Kwon Do for about 10 years and I also train in a traditional style MMA which is more for self defense!! My school that I train at is Twin City Mixed Martial Arts they recently took on doing some cage style fighting MMA which I will also start training in!!
