I started my TKD training in Indiana and I recieved my red/black belt before leaving for collage. I returned to TKD in Kansas where I recieved my 1st and 2nd degree black belt. I took a break from TKD after returning to college and now working towards my 3rd degree.

I'm married and have two daughters. I live in Kansas where I work as a paramedic for a county agency. I grew up in several area's of US seeing lots of different places. I hope to one day travel to another country.

I started my TKD in Elkhart Indiana with the North American TKD association. I was able to earn my red/black belt before leaving to kansas. After I got married I returned to TKD in Newton at Newton TKD school. I earned up to my 3nd degree there. I then left to finish college and now returned to AirCapital TKD in Andover to continue my TKD training.

Got a tournament in 2 weeks wish me luck. Just got to find some way to improve my forms competition.

 Excellent!!

That's my favorite competition.

Only two pieces of advice... during practice, do the forms in 'slow mo' at least a few times, and watch your stances, and your body mechanics, (including the little things like full reaction force, full chambers and rechambers.)  And... 'ham it up' just a bit.  When you yell, yell like you mean it with a good but controlled scowl.  (Sell the fact you're 'in a fight', without 'overselling it to extreme).

And... the day of the tournament... just go out there and have a ball and meet some new friends, and put on a good show.;)

Do your best sir!
