I have taken some time off to properly heal that ankle that I hEnurt last year. I never did take time off with it and so I have done that. I have seen an improvement so that is good. Learning Po-Eun has been fun but will take a while to get that timing down.. Still have a Girlfriend? How you doing in all other parts of your life?

Well you r now talking to a new Black Belt. I ant believe it myself but it is for real. I think I will get used to it in time, but for now it is still a sureal feeling. I am on vacation this week. As I am typing this my kids and husband are in the pool and I am relaxing. We are in Memphis Tennessee and I am going to go visit Graceland(you know where Elvis lived). It is just nice gettting away!! How r u doing and whats up with you.
