Hello normally, every Monday we do Pumses (poomses) and fundamental skill. Every Wednesday we train with pufs and pits and do different things, rapidity, reflections(reflexes), force. At the end of the class we do tuios or exercises of flexibility. Every Friday we do skill of competition and at the end, we fights. I do the phothos that I tell you. that sounds really good to me, it's good to mix all kind of things :) on mondays and thursdays we have regular taekwondo, we do poomsae or train on pits or pufs :) on tuesdays and saturdays we have fighting, we train on different techniques and fight :) yes i would love to see some pictures:) we have to get online on msn at the same time. when do u go online, mostly? big hug :)

I only have medals for doing exhibitions in my gym, a trophy for being the best sportsman of the year, and little more.... Now I'm triying to do 540º kick and mortal kick....the 540º is really hard but I am obtaining it little by little
And, When you examine of brown belt? To go one year or little more surprises me that you have already the green one, though according to that countries there are more belts or less. In Spain they are White, yellow, orange, green, a blue, brown and black (or red). The 15-year-old minors examines every 6 months of half a belt and major every 6 months too for complete belt.And there?

ohlala, the 540 is diffucult and it will take many years before I can do it =D uhm, we have white belt, yellow, orange, green, blue, blue with red, three red and then black. now I have green and soon i will take blue. we can do the tests every halfyear :)

I begin doing Taekwondo for mi father. He was instructor/teacher when he and my mother was living in Germany. My father had his own gymnasium and was 2º DAN. I like taekwondo since I begin it, but now....I like it more than never. Y never go to a competition,good, I have competed with my companions in the gymnasium. Last year was going to go a competition, but I broke a finger and had to occur. In February the same thing, this time, they had to take the wisdom teeth from me.Until September there is no competition, this way that now has to train hard. I forgive ask you your MSN or your mail.This Saturday to seeing if I do a few photos to myself with my new dobok, and I put them in my profile ... and if you want I can send to your mail photos of my gymnasium... My gymnasium is big enough, especially the tatami, though the half is for them of taekwondo and another half for those of judo. They give classes of many types of martial arts. To the gymnasium in general many people go. In taekwondo there are approximately 40 children, from 5 to 14 years, distributed in 2 hours of taekwondo infantile.The class of major several(different) much. Now we are approximately 10 pupils, some days more, other days less, between 16 to 21 years, I am the major jeje.

Okay :) Sounds like our clubs are quite the same size. We have about 40 children and maybe 20 grown-ups, but i variates from day to day :) In our fightingteam we are about 16. I have trained for two years soon.. Not so long time, but I've loved every minute of it. And you?

Don't worry about your english, you can try to write in spanish because I know some and I need to practice my spanish too! Graduation means that Im done with school, FOREVER! (If I don't want to go to an university)
