Cortizone's My Friend, WTF, Tenants of Taekwondo, CHANG BROS MARTIAL ARTS, Over - 40 Martial Artists

No more would've, could've, or should've. I been going to do this for 30 years.

Have 2 amazing children who live with me full time. They are very happy to be a higher belt than I.

Played Competitive contact sports all my life; Hockey 39 years, Rugby . I still play when I have the time.

Most weekends will find around a dozen kids at my house playing.

While I love the 720 and is by far my most favorite, i've only done one on purpose on skates or skis, and that was by accident.

Probably not.  Jackie is going though.  I've been really tired this whole year and some of last because I haven't gotten much sleep.  Tomorrow is my last day at my far away  work and so now I can sleep on Saturdays.

it pretty much ended up being a boxing match.  he was about my height and just as built as me, but he had crazy right punch.  his right punch kept sneaking in when my hands were down just little bit.  i took a solid punch to the face about 25-30 sec into it, and i think that should have been tko, because my feet got so heavy and i couldn't really move much and kick after that punch.  i only could put up a fight because i had handful of well timed counter kicks in and pounded with 10-15 hook punches non stop when i got close.  but in the end, i lost.  good news is, now i know what i have to work on more.

why so sad NS?

I am back at work!  That's always a bummer.  When I find my "dream job" where I work one day a year and am off the rest of the time, then I will  when I have to go in.
