Teakwondo has helped me so much with just being myself and having control. With all the years I have been with it I don't regret them at all. And being in teakwondo it is more than just a training, or a practice it is a family.

My name is Zachary Bolen, I am a First Deg. Black Belt I love to goof off and have fun(Except when im training then i am focused.) I play guitar and Drums. I love to go to church, and just hang out with my friends. I am 15 and a sophomore, I go to GCHS (Grant County High School). And I go to Mr. Warmans Martial Arts Studio, in Dalton Plaza in Crittenden Ky.
