i think it's about time i start doing some more cardio. couple months ago when i started running, i got up to certain point very quickly but then didn't get much improvement after that. and with bum knee and being busy with school and what not, i stopped running. i'm gonna start running again, starting with 10 min run after weightlifting. we'll see how long i last this time.
